    - PRE-RACE BRIEFING -

Let's start with the division in the two servers. Being the cars basically equivalent, you've been split in order to have, more or less, the same level of entrants.

You're anyway invited to set a MEDIUM or LOW level of detail for textures, world and opponents, in order to limit the memory usage. We advice to DISABLE shadows and special effects, and to apply the 4GB Patch if your OS is a 64-bit one and if you have more than 4 GB of RAM.

Given that we already had some bad experiences during events and championships, we advice you to change your .plr file to avoid further stuttering and lagging.
Open your .plr file (UserData/[PROFILE NAME]/[PROFILE NAME].plr with Notepad, search for the "Max Headlights" line and set it to 1 (or anyway to a value low enough) and save.
If your rFactor is installed in C:/Program Files (x86), run Notepad as administrator and open the file from there.

    Server 1 (188.165.209.199:34273)
    Aharon Lo Presti
    Giovanni Galati
    Giuseppe Crimi
    Alessandro Lo Bue

    - STARTING ORDER -
The starting order is the one indicated up here. Given that we aren't neither at the circus nor in a hangout of some people on Hamachi, you're invited to avoid playing bumper cars during the alignment: the first it can be taken, the second a bit less, the third is a countdown to your ban either from the server and from every future competition in here.

The competitors will start at a
1-MINUTE distance between each other, but whoever wants can ask for a 2-MINUTES interval.
    We refer to the
TIME REMAINING TO THE END OF THE SESSION, which you can check in these two ways:

    1) Race monitor, under the standings

    2) Last tab in the LCD menu, last line

    - BEHAVIOUR RULES -
The track cuts are allowed, where possible, with a maximum of two wheels outside the road. Otherwise, a 2-SECONDS penalty will be applied for each cut.

If a driver is forced to retire for any cause, he'll have to
IMMEDIATELY stop and to press ESCAPE. It's not allowed to park and watch the others running (it should be obvious, but it's always good to remember it ;) ).

The classification will be written, of course, based on the sum of the times obtained in the five special stages. In case of retirement in a stage, it will be assigned a time equal to the
BEST STAGE TIME + 5 minutes.

Each started stage is started! If you make the time start during the alignment, you have two choices: to wait your minute,
STOP THE CAR and start, or to press ESC and accept the target time. The "I tell the Race Direction and start anyway" and "I don't care and start anyway" choices aren't contemplated and are stupid as well, given that five minutes coming from the target time are anyway more than what you'll have to wait at the stage start (maximum one minute).

In case of a disconnection, the limit of one reconnection per SS and two in the whole race is set. At the third attempt, RD can exclude the driver from the race evening and move it to a further session, in order to preserve the race of all the other competitors.

Whenever the running of a competitor is spoiled by an unauthorised login, it can request to repeat the stage: this will lead to the eventually set time to be automatically discarded. It won't be possible to request the re-run of the stage if the login happens when the driver has already set his time.
Problems not depending by the other competitors' behaviour NOT requiring the user to quit the server (for example: minimized rFactor, bug on track) are a VALID reason to request the stage re-run. Reasons like the unplugged wheel, requiring the user to quit the server, are NOT valid.

The car, once aligned at the start, must be ALWAYS IN FRONT of the relevant START-POINT at least with the tip of the front bumper, otherwise a 10-SECONDS time penalty will be assigned.

    --- GENERAL NOTES ---

The server access must be done with a NAME SURNAME-type profile name.

The presence of ALL the competitors in TeamSpeak (188.165.209.199, password via PM) is MANDATORY: it's not necessary to have a microphone, but you'll have anyway to listen to what the RD has to tell you. Who isn't actually present won't start the race.

The use of the anticheat software SimRacingTools is MANDATORY for everyone. Moreover, the competitors must be linked to RSR Gaming via their user control panel: the whole procedure is explained in this tutorial video.

The usage of the rFactor chat IS FORBIDDEN during the stages running, otherwise you'll be kicked from the server. In case of relapse, there'll be a ban.

IT'S FORBIDDEN to enter the server during the race! Ask the RD when to enter: it's for free, saves lag and accidents to the running competitors and a server ban to you.

The briefing start will coincide with the "BRIEFING" and "TUTTI AI BOX" communications.
Pay attention: "TUTTI AI BOX" means "I IMMEDIATELY STOP AND PRESS ESCAPE", not "I FINISH MY LAP AND PRESS ESCAPE". Just like before, if you're kicked from the server after an unanswered recall you'll know why.

    --- PARTICULAR NOTES ---
During the post-race scrutineering, some particular limits in some points of two stages will be taken into account.

SS 1-5 - In the sections delimited by cones, they represent the track limit.

SS 2 - The area drawn in RED is to be considered as TRACK.
