Converging Paths is one of those ARC Raiders Projects that looks simple until you're halfway across the map, low on ammo, and wondering why you brought your best kit. I'd treat it like a proper extraction run, not a checklist. Bring gear you can lose, leave space for materials, and if you're still building out your stash, checking ARC Raiders BluePrints before you plan your route can help you avoid wasting a raid on the wrong priorities.
Know What The Project Is Really Testing

This Project isn't just about killing machines. That's the trap. Converging Paths pushes you to move through different areas, pick up needed resources, tag locations, deal with ARC enemies when needed, and then get out alive. The extraction part matters as much as the objective itself. You'll quickly notice that a "done" task doesn't mean much if you get greedy and die two minutes later.
Pack Light, But Don't Pack Dumb

A mid-range rifle is usually enough. Take healing, a bit more ammo than you think you'll need, and one repair option if your gear tends to get chewed up. Don't fill your bag before the real work starts. That sounds obvious, yeah, but loads of players loot the first building they see and then have no room for the actual Project items.

Keep the run boring if you can. Boring means clean movement, fewer fights, and a better chance of extracting with everything still in your backpack.
    Fast Route Priorities

    1. Visit marked areas before chasing side loot.
    2. Grab Project materials as soon as you spot them.
    3. Fight only the ARC targets you actually need.
    4. Extract once the Project tracker is satisfied.
Objective Types And How To Handle Them
The fastest players don't sprint everywhere. They choose a lane, check the objective order, and adjust when the map gets messy. If the area is busy with Raiders, swing wide. If machines are packed around a point, wait a few seconds and listen. Gunfire tells you a lot in this game, and sometimes another squad clears your path for free.
    Objective Type
    Best Move
    Risk Level
    Location Visit
    Take a quiet side route
    Low
    Material Collection
    Search containers and industrial rooms
    Medium
    ARC Elimination
    Pick isolated targets first
    High
    Extraction Step
    Leave before greed kicks in
    Medium
That table is basically the whole mindset. Don't overcomplicate it. The Project rewards steady play, not hero moments.
    Mistakes That Slow People Down

    1. Bringing expensive gear into unknown routes.
    2. Fighting every machine on sight.
    3. Forgetting to check inventory space.
    4. Looting after the objective is already complete.
Play It Like A Real Extraction Run

The cleanest Converging Paths runs usually feel a bit cautious. You move in, hit the marked spot, grab what's needed, and leave. If you're in a squad, split small tasks but don't drift too far apart. One player can watch angles while another searches containers. Solo players should be even stricter. No random PvP unless someone blocks the route. No "one more building" nonsense unless you're ready to lose the whole run.
Getting It Done Without Wasting Raids

Converging Paths becomes much easier once you stop treating it like a combat mission and start treating it like route management. Check your tracker, keep your bag open, and extract the moment the job is done. If you want to speed up future Projects or replace lost gear, you can buy ARC Items as part of your prep, but the real win still comes from calm movement and knowing when to leave.
